WELL DESIGNED

Rooms in comparison

How does natural colour design work? Architecture and materials are the basis for every spatial effect - the colours are coordinated accordingly. Adjacent shades combine with each other, creating harmony. Where you want things to be more lively, you can skilfully use contrasts. What is crucial is: What do we use the room for, how often and for how long? The choice of colour depends on the use of the room, and the colour intensity depends on the length of stay.

One apartment – one colour world

Design well: The house, the apartment as a whole should create harmony, but the rooms should still work on their own? A connection is created through the use of bright, juxtaposed colours that run through several rooms. And thanks to different accents, individual spatial effects arise. This combination of five colours from colour world 1 shows a gradient of cool, very light yellow, supplemented by a stronger yellow and two earthy green tones. There is also honey gold as a warm contrast. Every room has its own mood: from the very delicate in the children's room to the strong, inviting entrance area.

What's going on in the living room

The living room: the room in which we are the longest. It should have a cozy and regenerative effect. Bright, warm colors promote relaxation. Strong, warm tones are cozy and communicative. Delicate green tones create ease and are a successful addition to wood materials.

What's going on in the entrance area?

The first impression arises in the entrance area. At the same time, you only stay there briefly - here the mood can be intense, with strong colours and dark furniture. But also cooler and coloured nuances work and convey a lively, inviting atmosphere.

What works in the children's room?

The children's room is a multifunctional room, often with a long length of stay. Small children react sensitively to strong colors and strong color contrasts due to development. Delicate, warm and natural shades of color support well. Suitable for young people: shades of blue, such as the depth and the reddish blue.

What works in the bedroom?

The bedroom serves to rest and relax: light, free watering shades of colour with low saturation, in harmony with furniture and flooring - this naturally works and promotes falling asleep. Focus on activating in the morning? Strong red tones.
